Overall rooms were fairly quiet and had a refrigerator, air conditioner, and an iron. Pleased it had a bath. The staff were very helpful and amicable lot of the time😃❤

The location is perfect, close to the center, with clean and very comfortable rooms that have private bathrooms, and the extremely helpful staff provide excellent recommendations.

Everything was nice during 4 days, truly enjoyed its ideal location very close to many restaurants and shops and train station, port, and many restaurants and shops and port. The room was fairly quiet, also it had safe. The bed was comfortable, and there were climate control, multi-channel TV, and a fridge too.

I got great value for my money at Relais Basement. The room was nice, tidy, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from the main attractions. The staff was amazing, making sure I had a comfortable stay.

the ideal and excellent location of Sorrento Relais Basement is next to the train station, port, and many restaurants and shops. There is a variety of dining and shopping options within walking distance. 3. the Garden Bar, just a short stroll away, offers nice shots.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to Sorrento train station and just a few minutes away from the center of the city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing personal recommendations and assisting with planning activities. The included breakfast was a nice touch, offering a great selection of bread, yogurt, eggs, coffee, and juice. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful. Every morning, I would indulge in the wide selection of mouthwatering treats that tasted as good as homemade pastries. It felt like I was waking up to a warm embrace from an Italian grandmother, always ready to spoil me with delicious surprises.

The location of this place is mind-blowing! It’s just a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions. I was super impressed with the comfortable room and the okay bathroom. The breakfast buffet was jaw-droppingly delicious, and the staff made me feel like a VIP. Highly recommended for young adults visiting the city!
